The NHPC’s right to disclose any such information shall take precedence over any terms of the NHPC’s Privacy Policy.

Each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts as regards any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions.
Liability
In no event will the NHPC be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, your use of (or inability to use) this Website; from any inaccurate or misleading information, content, advertisements or material contained on the Website; and any reliance on same is at your own risk.
